The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the Pennsylvania and New Jersey territories. This role requires a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the life sciences and healthcare industries, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences and healthcare sectors across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
- Effectively present and demonstrate our products and solutions, highlighting their benefits to meet client needs in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address client challenges and drive value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on growing market share within assigned territories.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that impact the life sciences and healthcare markets.
- Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and timely information on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets and the key players in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
