As an Appian Associate Consultant, you’ll build and deploy web-based applications using the Appian platform to support our customers’ business needs. You’ll become an expert on our software - From implementing the first business process management application to scaling up the program across the enterprise, you will bring our process automation platform to life for our external clients.
To be successful in this role, you need:
- The ability to leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration
- The skill set and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions using the Appian platform
- The ability to analyze a client’s business strategy and processes, to then develop technical solutions to support them
- The desire to use a design thinking approach for prototyping and modeling business processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A solid foundation of, or passion for, technology
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background
- US Citizenship - candidates being considered for a Public Sector roles must be a U.S. citizen
- Willingness to travel; 10% or less annually to support customer engagement
- A government sponsored clearance at the Top Secret level or higher and willingness to work in a SCIF environment
