Summary

Information Developers at Appian are tasked with creating the most compelling content to help them, as part of our Product Enablement team. As an Information Development Intern, you will work with a team of passionate content creators and user advocates creating content that not only supports our customers and partners, but also helps our Customer Success and Sales departments be successful with Appian products.
As an Information Developer intern, you will work closely with other Information Developers and Product Managers to create and update content for well-defined projects or features. You will get hands-on experience researching, outlining, and creating content using a docs-as-code approach to documentation, while being supported by an all-star team. You’ll also learn how to advocate for end users in UX reviews and implement feedback from reviewers and key stakeholders.

Basic qualifications:

Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelors in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or related field.
