Job Description:-
- Strong experience in handling Nortel Products including CS1000, 11C, 81C,Etc.,
- Strong knowledge on Nortel Symposium system
- Work experience in working on MDFs
- Strong experience in working on ACDs and call routing
- Work experience in application builder.
- Strong knowledge on T1/E1 PRI trunks and protocols.
- Strong knowledge in call pilot.
- Work experience in working with All model of Analog, Digital and IP Phones of Nortel.
- Strong experience in working with Telecom providers and activating circuits and decommission of circuits.
- Work experience with Cisco call manager and Cisco phones.
- Excellent communication skill to work with end users and get their requirements and resolve their queries.
- Hands on experience in working on ticketing tools such as Service Manager.
