This person oversee the development and execution of our client's HCM product roadmap, as they navigate through digital transformation, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that accurate and efficient best practice processes are in place to support all HCM system functions. The city surpasses even Venice with its 35 miles of canals!A DAY IN THE LIFEProvide leadership to programs / projects as part of an HCM digital transformation effortPartner with the business and technology groups to deliver and maintain enterprise HCM solutionsServe as a subject matter expert on HCM-related products and technologies, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and customersSupport the company's compliance and data governance practicesOwner of all system configurations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and analytics in the area of HCMResponsible for appropriate staffing, people management, performance management, and overall scheduling and capacity planning Coach, mentor, and manage staff to implement, maintain, and support all related systems and softwareLead the HCM business applications team to provide the full product lifecycle for functional programs / projects including ideation, prioritization, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvementPartner with the development, integration, and testing teams to produce quality solutions and timely resultsResponsible for quarterly patch evaluation, analyzing new or changed functionality, developing test plans, unit testing, and coordinating with business users in testing activities to ensure business continuity and continuous improvementParticipate in M&A activities and understand the impact on current business processes, integrations, and reports.
