Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Tinley Park, IL. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, ensuring customer-focused service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting customers, assessing their vehicle issues, providing accurate estimates, coordinating aftersales services, and ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.
