Apple Creek Health and Rehab is a beautiful 114 bed (all private rooms) facility and looking to add a dedicated Registered Nurse OR Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Nurse/Resident ratio is much below the average facility.
Weekly pay. Qualify for insurance/benefits in 30 day or less. Eligible for Holiday pay upon hire.
Our company is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who is ready to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and give optimal patient care. The RN or LPN will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of their unit. We're looking for an individual who is highly skilled in all aspects of nursing and understands our company's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team.
- Monitor and supervise CNAs.
- Diligent assessment skills.
- Passing medications.
- Documentation.
- Able to follow through when receiving orders from providers.
- Able to communicate with family members.
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse will work 12 hour shifts (6pm-6am). The schedule is a rotating schedule that gives the nurse a 3 day weekend off every other weekend.

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
