Apple Autos is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. As a Body Shop Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality repairs and refinishing of vehicles. You will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and maintaining the structural integrity and appearance of various vehicles, including cars and trucks. What You’ll Do
- Prepare vehicles by masking, taping, and performing pre-spray tasks.
- Spray bedliner materials using professional-grade equipment.
- Install tonneau covers accurately and efficiently.
- Pick up and deliver completed vehicles from dealerships and external customers.
- Perform light disassembly as needed to access truck beds and tailgates for spraying.
- Maintain and clean bedliner equipment and work bay, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
- Report parts and supplies needed for seamless operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and directions to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of, and ability to use, tools of the trade.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Regularly required to:
- Sit, stand and walk
- Use hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach
- Speak and hear
- Use close vision abilities
- Operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Occasionally, required to:
- Lift or move up to 50lbs
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ensure Quality, Safety, and shop cleanliness in accordance to OSHA requirement.
