The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
Position Overview
The Manager of the Retail Photography Studio will be part of the Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) organization managing the day-to-day operations of the Retail Photo Studio, which delivers multiple photography outputs for Apple Retail and other cross-functional Apple partners.
Description
The role will work closely with creative, creative production & cross-functional teams to execute photography initiatives. This person will be responsible for all pre-production activities, such as partnering on the creative brief and project timeline, bidding and hiring photographers and vendor partners when necessary, casting, and all retouching & post-production collaborations. They will lead studio shoots and production vendors with current staff as well as any off-site shoots, to ensure projects run efficiently, on time, on budget, and that all creative needs are optimally fulfilled. This will include overall oversight of workflow, planning, and related staff and freelancers for the Retail Photo Studio.
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior-level production experience (10 years) in a professional photography environment with a minimum of five years in managing a team working as a creative producer with best-in-class talent.
- Photography experience in the product, accessory, and / or lifestyle areas.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
