AMT seeking a highly motivated engineer to join our Embedded DSP Engineering team. In this role, you will develop software to realize novel audio features on proprietary high-performance embedded processors and optimize system performance to meet audio quality and battery life targets. You will work cross-functionally with hardware, algorithm, acoustics, application, and QA engineers to bring these features to life.

We are looking for someone who can help us realize new low-power/high compute audio DSP features and experiences that span the Apple ecosystem, delivering exceptional quality. This role entails implementing embedded software on low-power programmable hardware and companion software on source devices running iOS, macOS and watchOS. You will expand the teams test-oriented development infrastructure to facilitate greater automated test coverage and the earlier detection of performance regressions. You will develop tools that enable effective real-time audio debugging. Collaboration with Acoustics experts, Hearing Health engineers, iOS developers, audio driver developers and QA will be essential to deliver these world-class features and impactful experiences to customers.
