We build systems that support customer ordering, fulfillment and service of Apple products. We work with multiple Apple business functions including Retail, Operations, Finance and AppleCare. We need a self-directed and motivated team mate who has the skill to own and drive initiatives related to the SAP SD Order-To-Cash business processes.
Description
The successful candidate will work closely across regions with business and technical teams delivering sophisticated projects in Apple's fast-paced environment. The role includes responsibility for all aspects of a project, including:
Supporting the business during requirements definition to document the detailed needs of each project.
Performing functional gap analysis and ensuring project scope is clearly defined.
Propose appropriate designs to meet the business requirements.
Collaborating on project plans, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
Writing technical specifications and co-ordinating with technical teams on the development.
Presenting the solution for design reviews and business playbacks.
Supporting technical teams in crafting and implementing performance tests.
Ensuring adequate test cycles are defined and implemented to support production launch.
Status reporting within the team and to management throughout the project lifecycle.
Co-ordinating cutover and implementation activities across teams.
Resolving production issues and running scope changes.
