The role is to manage a team tasked with developing and implementing processes that create cosmetic and protective finishes for Apple’s world class enclosure designs.

Description
Lead and grow a talented team of Subject Matter Experts that have rich experience in optical PVD coating and ink printing industry.Build credibility as world-class operations leader with technical acumen and working relationship / trust with senior executives, cross-functional manufacturing peers, engineering teams and factory partners.Manage and receives assignments, determines how to best use resources to meet schedules and goals, provide time effective feedback to subordinates, leaders and cross functional team members.Strong focus on training, functional expertise development, and overall leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of a lead role, proven technical leader with experience in coating (PVD and Inks) industry.
- BS / MS / PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics or equivalent. MBA / EMBA would be a plus.
- Verbal and written English proficiency.
