We’re searching for a UX Writer to design new and better experiences across our services through the lens of language. Specifically, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft clear, user-friendly content with a focus on championing legal, regulatory, and privacy standards across Apple platforms and services.
Description
The Writing arm of our Product, Design & Marketing team works across services and products, including ones that are currently available and ones that are just barely being imagined. As a UX Writer focused on regulatory and compliance projects, you’ll be responsible for many things, including :
- Writing, editing, and optimizing user-facing content like privacy notices, consent forms, data protection policies, and regulatory disclosures tailored to Apple users.
- Developing and documenting core writing standards for regulatory and compliance-related materials, ensuring alignment with legal and industry requirements.
- Building close relationships with legal and privacy teams to ensure clarity and consistency of regulatory messaging.
- Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior leadership to define and execute our product roadmap.
- Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content and customer experience.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
