Manage the entire commercial and C.O.D. move processes. Be the one point of contact and liaison for the external customer and all participating departments within the company. Provide excellent follow through while maintaining quality assurance at every level of assistance and action. To work harmoniously with outside sales representatives and other internal customers to meet the needs of our customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming and make outbound calls to customers/ prospects as required.
- Provide day-to-day support to accounts regarding moving needs, support information and accessorial authorizations.
- Efficiently manage the flow of daily reports and paperwork.
- Prioritize and organize daily workload. (i.e., projects, order entry, customer contacts, internal follow-up, customer inquiries)
- Provide administrative support to GM and other managers, accordingly.
- Complete follow up requests in a timely manner.
- Flexibility in assignments and scope of work as required to meet objectives of the department.
- Provide back up support as needed for all team segments.
- Maintain communication throughout the move process with customer, dispatch, warehouse, accounting, claims, salesperson, driver, other agents, and anyone else who may be involved in the move.
- Provide OA/DA services when requested.
- Set up and maintain files on each move using several types of software.
- Prepare, process, print, organize, and distribute all paperwork required for move according to procedures.
- Verify that services are performed as scheduled.
- Provide accounting clerk with completed files in a timely manner.
- Field and address concerns and/or complaints of customer.
- Field and address questions, concerns, and complaints of all company personnel, or anyone else who may be involved in the move.
- Alert appropriate parties to any problems.
- Utilize available software and/or written forms to document all communication with the customer and other parties.
- Set, reschedule, and cancel appointments for customers, as necessary.
- Able to manage time sensitive paperwork and activities related to the moving process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified individual must have demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, especially during peak season when high volume exists.
- Prior experience in the field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication ability required with the expectation of timely responses to all involved in every customer account.
- Efficient data entry skills, ensuring record accuracy.
- Must be an analytical minded individual with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, support projects, and meet deadlines while keeping a solution focused mindset.
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion.
- Must be a positive minded individual with proven problem-solving ability in situations requiring quick resolution.
- Excellent professional communication and demeanor required, including confidentiality measures.
- Ability to learn quickly and be independently driven to exceed job standards.
