Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily shipping activities, including preparing shipping documents, labels, and tracking shipments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
- Maintain inventory records and update databases with shipping and delivery details.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and carriers to resolve shipping-related issues.
- Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and organizing files.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and shipping software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
