What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collector position at Apple One?
In this role you will be responsible to:
-Collect on all delinquent accounts receivable for the various business units.
-Review delinquency reports and uses appropriate collection techniques for all past due accounts.
-Contact delinquent customers, either by phone or by mail, to inform customer of the delinquent account, and either to secure a payment, or to arrange a new payment schedule.
-Make arrangements with customers for payment using own discretion and judgment with company policy.
-Review account details and maintain up to date and accurate credit file information.
-Manage established credit lines and request for increases if needed.
-May perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Skills
-Previous Collections or AR experience.
-Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
-Customer service experience.
-Great communication.
-Organizational skills
