The Office Coordinator/ Manager role will have expanded front office and reception duties to allow for greater visibility and support to help streamline administrative process for both office and field operations. Candidate will leverage strong problem solving and analytical skills to drive results for the organization.
Principal Duties and Required Skills
- Greet guests and answer the phones in a timely manner.
- Order and maintain all office supplies.
- Order office supplies for the field (specific jobs) as needed.
- Order food for office and maintain kitchen and break areas.
- Distribute incoming packages and mail.
- Anticipate office needs and proactively create process to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain quality communication with all NGi stakeholders.
- Coordinate shipping details and materials for office.
- Manage mail and distribution.
- Maintains COVID protocol with employees and guests.
- Manage maintenance calls for the office building, and all office equipment.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including Accounting, Purchasing, IT, Human Resources, and others as needed.
- Ensure proper phone/desk coverage at all times.
- Provides support with scheduling and field employee duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
