Warehouse Associate

Apple Plumbing, Heating, & Air is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Westminster, MD.

This is a full-time position with shifts from Monday to Friday, either 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you are organized, hardworking, and enjoy working in a warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity for you.

ARE YOU THE WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, bend, squat, be on your feet for 8 hours a day, and work in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to operate small tools and equipment
• Ability to use a computer and inventory management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC is ideal. Prior experience with inventory management systems or warehouse delivery is also preferred.

AVERAGE DAY AS A WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

As a Warehouse Associate, you will work alongside the Warehouse Manager to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting deliveries, organizing inventory, and making sure everything is stored correctly. You will pull daily inventory for plumbing and HVAC trucks, preparing parts for the technicians. You will also be responsible for ordering, picking up, and delivering parts to job sites when needed. In addition, you will assist with metal work for HVAC systems and break down scrap metal. You will also use inventory management software and interact with technicians, staff, and vendors to help keep everything running smoothly.
