Job Opportunity: Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate Corporate office contacts
- Greet and properly direct vendors, visitors, and staff members
- Assist with distribution of mail and packages as they arrive to the Corporate office
- Routinely restock paper towels, soda, water, utensils, and other break room & restroom supplies as needed
Qualifications required:
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Previous Receptionist experience preferred
