Job Opportunity : LPN Charge Nurse
Starting Pay : Competitive rates up to $37 per hour, based on experience
Differentials Offered :
- Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Weekend Differential : $2.50 for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday
- Additional Shifts Differential : Extra $5.00 / hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours

Responsibilities : The LPN Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents. This includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.
