Responsibilities:
- Plan and define project scope and objectives
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Prepare project status reports and documentation
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA certifications. Will need to obtain with in 60 days of hire.
