We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions including scheduling for a speech therapy company in Granada Hills.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule therapists appointments using google docs
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments for company owners
- Answer inbound telephone calls and make outbound calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years previous experience in office administration or other related fields is required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- proficiency in Google Suite, MS Word, MS Excel and other applications.
- Must be able to speak, write and read Spanish as most of clients are Spanish speaking.
