Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial/Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
-verifying insurance benefits before patient appointments and assisting patients in understanding their financial responsibilities before treatment
-submitting and following up on insurance claims
-managing patient accounts and facilitating collections
-working with other admin team members to assure a smooth patient experience
-Generate A/R reports for doctor to review
-other front desks duties as needed
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8-5pm

Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and healthcare providers.
- Previous experience with insurance verification and billing in an orthodontic or dental office
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
