Apple Autos is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Speaking Used Car Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will receive hands-on training in both the sales process and the purchasing of vehicles. Additionally, you will learn how to guide customers through financing options. If you have a passion for cars, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do

• Develop personal selling skills though continued professional training on technique and product.
• Work with customers to determine what their vehicle needs is and discuss the options.
• Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals.
• Follow the dealership’s processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery and follow-up process from each customer.
• Use closing techniques effectively; ask for help from management with closing when necessary.
• Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
• Maintain customer information and contact management system.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous Automotive sales experience is required.
• Proficient computer skills including email and internet experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional and respectful.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport.
• Bilingual preferred.
