Responsibilities:
- Help with personal assistance such as dressing, assisting with showers, baths, and toiletry assistance, along with other activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Demonstrate kindness and dignity during resident interactions
- Provide companionship and build rapport with residents
- Document cares appropriately
- Follow HIPAA and all other Apple Valley Residence policies
- Certified Medication Aide, Pass medications according to each resident’s care plan (MedTech) NOT REQUIRED, but desired

You will be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Prior caregiving experience is desired, but not required
- Medication Aide certified, desired*, but not required

*While being MedTech certified is not mandatory for hire, we are looking for applicants who are interested in obtaining a MedTech certificate. Apple Valley will assist in facilitating an appropriate certification course.
