Minimum Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in the software industry, including cloud-native infrastructure engineering, and technical product/program management.
- 5 years of people management experience, leading teams in delivering high-quality technical programs
- Skilled in communicating and presenting work to senior leadership, framing discussions to gather valuable feedback.
- Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between stakeholders in Dev, SRE and Product to drive the roadmap

- Experienced in working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly with large-scale systems.
- Strong background in delivering services working closely with Infrastructure engineering.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Experience in risk analysis as well as developing, prioritizing, and leading the roadmap.
- Coordinate and participate in requirements or design brainstorming sessions.
- Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Successful experience running at-scale technical / engineering program managers, hiring excellent people, and building impactful teams.
- A history of leadership, decision-making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority.
- Prior experience in software development project management experience for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps preferred.
- Bachelors Degree - Computer Science / Engineering or relevant industry experience.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
