Minimum Qualifications
- Experience managing a team of producers, balancing high volume campaign work and maintaining budgets across multiple projects.

Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years experience as an Executive Producer in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team, with at least 3 years experience directly leading and developing a team
- Maintains flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required
- Deep knowledge of integrated production with a strong focus on video and digital campaigns
- Comfortable working within a big picture while staying close to the details, to fulfill daily needs and think holistically about opportunities for efficiency and team structure.
- Ability to live between ten thousand feet and thirty thousand feet, to not only fulfill against daily needs, but to think more holistically about opportunities for efficiency and team structure.
- Established network of creative, production, digital, animation, and illustration partners (P)
- Ability to review SOW’s, handle budgets, negotiate costs efficiently with third party vendors, build PR’s, PO’s and track spend
- Experience articulating creative intent to others and proactively coordinating with partners to bring ideas to life
- Implement creative ideas and communications across a variety of mediums from film, digital display, print, OOH, illustration, animation, photography, email, experiential activations, and website landing pages

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,700 and $318,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
