Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Foreign Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Textile, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Demonstrating textile process experience to improve manufacturing process.
- Performing data analysis in Minitab or Excel to analyze quality data to derive meaningful conclusions.
- Conducting design of experiments (DOE) and utilizing Minitab or Excel to analyze quality and process data collected from DOEs to derive meaningful conclusions and implement changes
- Using FMEA for analyzing and understanding failure modes that pertain to the materials which directly impacts end use of product.
- Using knowledge of textile process to understand impact of key process parameters on finished good performance.
- Auditing program procedures and suppliers to ensure alignment to company quality standard.
- Implementing FATP and Cp/CpK review of mechanical parts using tools such as Minitab or Excel for analyzing manufacturing quality and process data.
- Designing supplier selection process for new products & second sourcing activities to support qualification decisions

Salary : $136,300 - $205,500
