Design and Development Lead
We are seeking an experienced Design and Development Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, with experience working on complex products with large multidisciplinary teams.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering fundamentals such as heat transfer, mechanics of materials, and precision fabrication, as well as experience in tight-tolerance fabrication and assembly techniques.
The role requires strong proficiency in Siemens NX, experience working with electrical engineers to layout and build custom PCBs/FPCs, and experience owning parts at various production stages and engaging with vendors to yield successful parts/assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Develop and implement design strategies to improve product manufacturability and assembly efficiency
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
What We Offer:
This role comes with a competitive base pay range of $121,900 to $214,500, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
