- 6 years of experience as a Power and Performance Engineer
- Strong understanding of hardware components and hardware/software interactions
- Strong experience in power management and power and performance tradeoffs
- Proven understanding of network technologies, protocols and procedures for iOS and macOS
- Solid understanding of power delivery
- Proven track record to own a complete functional area of an application or product
- Able to work independently and should be dedicated
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with troubleshooting/debugging/reproducing issues
- Scripting and programming skills in C/C , Python, R, Shell
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience
Additional Requirements
- - Experience in automating phone/Mac testing
- - Demonstrated innovative and creative thinking capabilities; be patent savvy
- - C/C /ObjC/Swift coding/Python experience a plus
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
