Apple’s Advertising Platforms Partnerships Team is looking for an experienced Technical Integrations Specialist to help establish industry-leading support and innovation across our News and Search Ads platforms. In this role, you will solve systemic technical problems, manage complex API integrations, and collaborate across teams to ensure the seamless operation and evolution of our advertising solutions. You’ll play a key role in developing robust test plans, analyzing sophisticated data sets, and communicating technical solutions clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. Description
In this role, you will solve systemic technical problems by investigating escalations, identifying root causes, and implementing robust, long-term solutions. You will lead and manage API integration projects, offering technical guidance to ensure seamless implementation and reliable performance. Your responsibilities will include constructing and executing technical test plans that consider edge cases, validate functionality, and ensure system reliability.
You will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions to improve system performance. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with clients, product, sales, and engineering teams, serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll also be expected to break down complex concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical partners.
In addition, you will provide data-driven insights and analysis to address systemic issues and enhance operational efficiency. Managing competing priorities effectively will be essential, as you ensure timely resolution of critical issues in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you will need to adapt to constantly evolving environments and requirements, working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Technical Operations or Solutions role.
Proven experience with API integration and troubleshooting, including managing complex integration projects.
Proficiency in SQL, with experience writing and troubleshooting queries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving systemic issues.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Expert knowledge of advertising technology and performance marketing metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).
Experience providing data-driven analysis on systemic issues.
Familiarity with concepts, definitions, and metrics used in the context of performance marketing campaigns.
Experience working closely with clients, product, and engineering teams.
Ability to break down sophisticated technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations.
Proven track record in managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results in rapidly changing environments.
