Area Director
If you’re looking for a management opportunity where you can lead and oversee the profitability and customer service of an area,
encompassing multiple assigned restaurants, we would like to hear from you! Must be at least 21 years of age.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
- Ability to achieve results through others and build an engaging culture
- Superior organization and self -management skills
- Able to manage/lead others, integrate change and build a diverse and effective team
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and presentation; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, persuade and collaborate with team and peers
