Job Summary
As the Bartender you will be responsible for the mixing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee’s specifications. You may also serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner following the Applebee’s Service Promise Expectations:

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience with Bartending in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
