The Rose Group (Applebee’s franchisee) is hiring for a Maintenance Technician in the Reading, Pa. market. This position will be responsible for maintaining cost effective, safe, and efficient operation of all equipment in our restaurants. This position will also be responsible for preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, material purchases, which directly affect our buildings and grounds to promote a nice appearance and a safe environment.
All candidates should have the following.
High School Diploma or GED
EPA License
Two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician servicing restaurants
Knowledge of HVAC systems, gas operated equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration systems and general restaurant equipment
Basic computer and time management skills
