Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our patrons. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests
- Knowledge of POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
