About the Job:
Jennings KOA Holiday RV Park is conveniently located at the Florida-Georgia Line (Exit 467 off I-75). Jennings KOA is the first campground as you enter Florida. Guests have the option of staying for a night, a week, or the whole month. We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of Guest Service Representative. This position fulfills a variety of customer service needs in support of the campground successful operation. Reporting to the Property Manager, this individual works closely with maintenance, groundskeeping, and other staff to provide the Park's guest with the most enjoyable experience. As the face of the Park, it is important that our Guest Service Representative treats all guests with kindness, empathy, and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking-in/out guests
- Answering phones and supporting guests or potential guests.
- Work with maintenance staff to resolve any issues.
- Quickly address any guest inquiries or concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Assist with on-site convenience and souvenir store.
- Manage cash and perform minor accounting.
- Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service, hotel or retail experience.
- Highschool graduate or GED required.
- Proficient with email communication.
- A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility.
- Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work approximately 20 -24 hours each week including some weekends.
- Must be within commuting distance to the property
