About the Job:
We are looking for talented candidates who are maintenance professionals and take enormous pride in a job well done. You must be able to troubleshoot, problem solve and multitask across various fields such as mechanical work, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, along with landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations.
- You must be able to troubleshoot, problem solve, multitask and perform general maintenance across various fields, such as mechanical work, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, and landscaping as needed.
- Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management.
- Upkeep onsite buildings, sidewalks and pool area, including painting.
- Maintain swimming pool and pool area.
- Work on special projects as requested.
- Other relevant duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- A sense of energy, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility
- Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
- Able to work outdoors year round
- Able to lift to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience across the trades required
- At least 2 years of supervisor experience
- Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment
- Highschool graduate or GED required
- Possess CPO certificate or willing to obtain certificate
- Possess LP Gas Dispensing certificate or willing to obtain certificate
- Must be within commuting distance to the park and have reliable transportation

Compensation:
