About the Job:
We are seeking skilled candidates with a strong maintenance background who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of our RV Park.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the facility grounds to meet company cleanliness standards
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing and structural repairs
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed such as repairs and painting.
- Perform landscaping tasks as needed, including:
- Mowing lawns, treating weeds, and trimming trees and hedges
- General landscaping as requested by management
- Weekly pump-out of campers and tanks
- Splitting firewood
- Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks, and pool area, including power washing
- Collect trash and yard waste
- Operate a tractor and a truck with a plow
- Work on special projects as requested
Job Requirements:
- Energetic, passionate, and with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility
- Knowledge and experience with basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Able to work 40 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and walk throughout the park/facility
- 1 to 2 years of groundskeeping experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must live within commuting distance of the facility

Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate is $16.00 to $18.00 | Commensurate with experience
