Description
The Recruiter is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs in various departments. This position is hybrid with 2 days on-site at one of our clinic offices and will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job posting through our Job Boards and Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions for hiring criteria.
- Screens and select qualified candidates to move forward in the interview process.
- Coordinates interviews internally with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely interview process.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager and Hiring Manager(s) during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other important details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Highschool Diploma or related degree/certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Education, and Business Administration preferred.
- 2-4 years of working experience in recruiting or another related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
