Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Outdoor Pool Check-in. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests at our outdoor pool facility. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth check-in process, manage inquiries, and contribute to an enjoyable experience for all members and their guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the outdoor pool area.
- Manage the check-in process efficiently, ensuring all members and their guests are accounted for.
- Provide information about pool rules, events, and amenities to membership
- Collaborate with staff to ensure safety and enjoyment for all patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the check-in and pool area.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Ability to answer questions
- Must be available to work flexible hours during the summer season.
- CPR/AED First Aid Certification or ability to obtain prior to employment
