We're seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to help us deliver cutting-edge EV charging infrastructure projects. As a key member of our EVSE construction team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of these projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Project Planning: Support the planning and execution of EVSE construction projects, including site preparation, permitting, and scheduling.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including real estate, design, pre-construction, and construction, to ensure seamless collaboration throughout project phases.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Contractor Oversight: Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage technical expertise in EVSE systems, site planning, and infrastructure requirements to resolve construction challenges and ensure efficient project delivery.
- Communication and Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or a related field, with ~0–2 years of experience in construction project management or renewable energy projects. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Procore, is also essential. EIT, LEED, and PMP certifications are a plus.
