Assistant General Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives confidently.
- Supervise non-management associates daily, assign tasks, focus on store level operation performance, coach, and develop shifts supervisors.
- Perform duties competently in the absence of the general manager.
- Motivate staff positively, especially during times of low morale.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain awareness of brand standards, procedures, and protocols to maximize brand/landlord/labor relations.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, inviting, and adheres to brand standards.
- Verify cash management accuracy and process reports according to company directives.
- Conduct spot inventory counts and checks to ensure inventory data is correct.
Skill Requirements:
- Possess passion for helping people learn and grow the business.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Hold at least 2 years of experience in quick service restaurants or similar management operations.
- Be flexible and open to work schedules.
- Understand and practice basic food safety principles.
