What Youll Do
The Dunkin Donuts Bakers will perform a variety of Baking and other duties within our fast food / snack bar establishment which may include completing customer transactions, cleaning the food or stock areas, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Baking fresh bread and pastries.
- Maintain our high standards for flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
- Support your manager and team.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of all products and ingredients within the Bakers environments are maintained.
- Troubleshooting baking equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all the required tasks and expectations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years strong baking experience.
- Has ability to inspire others to perform at a high level.
- Demonstrates a tireless work ethic, and able to multi-task.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to spend the majority of the shift on your feet.
