Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of a morning deli person. The ideal candidate will have experience in deli operations, a passion for food, and a commitment to excellent customer service. As a morning deli person, you will be responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining a variety of deli products, ensuring that our customers receive quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Food Preparation: Preparing food according to our recipes and standards. Prepare and assemble deli items such as sandwiches, pizza, salads, and other breakfast and lunch items. Prepare and Bake muffins, cookies and other items.

· Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.

· Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all products are fresh and adequately stocked.

· Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

· Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth deli operations.

· Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of deli products, addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is preferred.

· Knowledge of deli products, including meats, cheeses, and prepared foods.

· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Able to work early morning shift, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Pay Negotiable on experience.
