- Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices promptly and accurately.
- Record payments accurately and reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving accounts receivable issues.
- Maintain precise and current records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Answer phones.
- Assist with other office duties.
- 2-3 years experience in accounts receivable.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must have experience with QuickBooks.
- Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin.
- Bachelor's degree.
