Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience in HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking law to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter , a strong communicator , and a people person —not an introvert. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development, networking, and contributing to the firm’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal counsel on transactional and general operational matters for condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ association clients.
- Conduct legal research, draft contracts, agreements, and governing documents.
- Handle client communications, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service.
- Collaborate with firm partners and train under the Orlando office’s leadership before taking on independent responsibilities.
- Assist in business development efforts and networking to help grow the office.
- Mentor and work alongside a junior associate who will be joining the team after graduating from Stetson Law School.
