What You Bring:
3–5 years of Florida commercial title examination experience (required)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, DataTree, Trace, and MS Office
A quiet home office setup with high-speed internet for secure VPN access
