About the Role:
As a key financial leader, you’ll ensure accuracy, optimize workflows, and uphold compliance standards. Managing a high-performing team, you’ll oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements, directly impacting operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including statement preparation, month-end close, and reconciliations.
- Lead and develop an accounting team (3 direct reports, 5 indirect reports), fostering professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and contractual agreements.
- Drive automation and process optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Strengthen internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategies and business improvements.
What You Bring:
✔️ 5 years of progressive accounting experience (more is a plus!).
✔️ Proven leadership skills with a history of team development.
✔️ CPA certification preferred but not required.
✔️ Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
✔️ ERP expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
