Job Title: Associate Ops - Data Entry
Pay: $18.75/hr
Duration: 3-month temporary assignment
AppleOne Employment Services, in collaboration with a Fortune 500 banking client, is actively seeking individuals for a pivotal role centered around the processing and management of returned mail, including tax documents. This temporary position is a gateway to experience in a leading banking environment, offering a competitive hourly rate and a dynamic working schedule.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Potential for overtime (5 hours a week)
Key Responsibilities:
Process returned mail with a focus on tax documents.
Reroute undeliverable tax documents to alternative addresses.
Requirements:
Proficiency in PC operation, including keyboard and 10-key skills.
Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
Strong data entry and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to follow established procedures.
Comfort with prolonged computer use.
Outstanding reliability and attendance.
Suitable for entry-level candidates eager to learn.
Additional Information:
Flexibility is essential in this role, as it includes voluntary and mandatory overtime, likely adding approximately 5 extra hours to your week after the initial training period.
