AppleOne is assisting a consulting firm with finding an Executive Coach to join their rapidly growing team. The person in this role will be responsible for coaching and client management.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Design and manage coaching assignments
- Write-up coaching plans, assignments and schedule deliverables
- Keep sponsoring clients updated periodically on assignment progress.
- Identify and develop add-on projects that will meet and fulfill critical needs of existing clients.
- Cross-sell additional coaching, consulting, and training opportunities.
- Manage customer relations systems assuring clients’ total satisfaction with all aspects of project delivery and outcomes.
- Identify and market business opportunities with new clients.
- Monitor administrative support activities to assure support excellence meeting the needs of the division and clients.
- Manage project team of experts and designate responsibilities, if needed
- Plan and monitor workflow, time frames, and milestones.
- Act as primary liaison with clients, keeping them up to date on progress and new developments.
- Take on additional projects at the request of the Managing Director or the Managing Director Advisory Board.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-year college degree and an advanced degree in business, organizational development, learning, human resources and/or other compatible areas
- Disc certified
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience coaching and strategic consulting with senior management executives, and business owners
- Leadership and/or implementation of multiple organizational development projects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing or supervising a team of associate coaching, consulting, and consulting professionals
- Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing business development activity and marketing strategies
- Experience with Disc profiles/assessments
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
